From LA transplant to the local everyone calls first
I grew up in Orange County, spent over a decade in Los Angeles, and settled in Long Beach to raise my two kids. So when you tell me you love LA but you're tired of paying LA prices for an apartment with no parking, I get it on a personal level.
I've been a licensed Realtor since 2013, and most of my clients are buying somewhere between $1M and $2M. If it's your first home, you get patience and straight answers. If you're coming from LA, you get the unfiltered neighborhood download, the version I'd give a friend. Annnnd if you already own here, we skip the basics because you don't need them.
People hire me for market knowledge and refer their friends because of everything else. I know which schools shine, which parks have the best playgrounds, and honestly which blocks get the good breeze in August. On weekends you'll find me surfing at Seal Beach or at the Marina farmers market with my kids.

You get opinions
You're not hiring me to nod along. If a house is overpriced, I'll say so. If a street is louder than the listing photos suggest, you'll hear it from me first.
You get specifics
"Great area!" tells you nothing. I'd rather tell you this block walks to 2nd Street in six minutes and the neighbors do a legit Fourth of July thing. Specificity is the whole job.
You get a friend
Every client is a future long-term friend. The relationship doesn't end at closing. I want the housewarming invite, and I mean that.
